Cosmos, 'Cupcake White'
Cupcake blooms are simply adorable; instead of having several petals surrounding the cheerful yellow centers, the petals have fused to a single, continuous, ruffled bowl about 3-4" across (so-named because they take the appearance of a cupcake wrapper). Big, bushy 4' plants are covered in blooms from midsummer. Like many white varieties of cosmos, it throws an occasional blushed pink.
