Hot Bhaji Pepper

$6.00

A light green, straight and smooth pepper with thick flesh. The medium pungency gives these peppers just the right kick for dipping in chick pea batter and making bhaji (pakoda). Plants are vigorous and medium tall producing 7-8 inch long peppers. Plants are early maturing and prolific producers. Think shishito peppers, but the South Asian version!

Save seed for this variety! Harvest peppers once they have fully turned red. Allow to dry in a single layer in indirect light. Once peppers have completely dried, save seeds in a paper envelope out of direct sun and fluctuating temperatures.
