Padron Pepper
A Spanish favorite, often blistered in hot olive oil and sea salt, these are a garden delight. A very highly productive plant, this variety will produce all summer with consistant harvesting when the fruit is young. Harvest when fruits are 1-1.5” long to prevent them from getting too spicy. Beware, every so often a pepper will be so spicyit’ll knock you on your feet. If you forget to harvest in time, allow the peppers to fully turn red and use as a spicy red chili.
