Stewarded by many indigenous farmers for generations in the Oaxaca region, this variety still resembles some of the more primitive forms of tomato. Interesting ribbing & flattened pink fruits are 4-8 ounces and have a thin skin. Oaxacan Pink Tomatoes are prized for their sweet yet tangy flavor and meaty texture.
