Karahi Pepper
A mild pepper typicaly used to garnish karahi chicken, a Pakistani chicken dish. We appreciated the mild heat and hollow inside and think they would also be a great pepper for any type of stuffed preparation.
The plants produce a few dozen 6-8” peppers that go from dark green to deep red throughout the season.
Our seeds were given to us from a customer who brought them back from Karachi, Pakistan. This variety is grown by farmers in and around Karachi.
