SOLD OUT

This heirloom dwarf cherry tomato was specifically bred for containers by the University of New Hampshire and was introduced in 1945. The dwarf determinate plant grows 8-14" tall. The only time I ever seen any approach 14" is when they have blossoms, after the tomatos begin little Timmy gets squashed back to 8". They put out a surprising amount of sweet-tangy vibrant red fruit averaging the size of a quarter. They will grow in a surprisingly small container (2 Qt.) but you will get more tomatoes in a 2 gallon or larger pot. Great for Patio gardeners!
